Cheesy Meat Roll-Ups

Roll out the puff pastry dough on a lightly floured surface. Cut it into rectangles or squares large enough to hold the meat mixture.

Spoon the cooked meat mixture onto each rectangle, then sprinkle with mozzarella and parmesan cheese.

Roll up the pastry tightly to form rolls, sealing the edges to prevent the filling from spilling out during baking.

Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush the tops with a little olive oil or egg wash for a golden finish.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the pastry is golden and the cheese is melted.

Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
