Cheesy Meat Roll-Ups

Introduction:

These cheesy meat roll-ups are a delicious, savory dish featuring ground beef and melted cheese wrapped in soft dough. They’re perfect for a cozy dinner or as a fun appetizer for your next gathering.

Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef

1 sheet puff pastry dough (store-bought)

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

1/4 cup finely chopped onions

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp dried oregano

Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a pan over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Add the onions, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Set aside to cool slightly.
