Use only neutral detergents, better if natural remedies, so as to treat the surfaces gently. If you have steel or glass ceramic hobs, never use bleach. Daily cleaning of the hob

Clean the hob after each use, so as to eliminate fresh dirt more easily. Wipe the top with a soft cloth soaked in a mixture of water and baking soda, then rinse and dry. If there are encrusted stains, put water and baking soda or water and neutral detergent on top, leave for at least 10 minutes and rinse with a soft cloth. If your hob is a steel one, pass water and vinegar to polish it at the end. Always dry well to prevent spots from forming.
