1. Mix dry ingredients:
- In a bowl, combine:
- Flour
- Baking powder
- Sugar
- Salt
2. Mix wet ingredients:
- In another bowl:
- Whisk milk + egg
- Add melted butter + vanilla
3. Combine:
- Pour wet ingredients into dry
- Mix gently (don’t overmix — small lumps are OK)
4. Cook:
- Heat a pan on medium heat
- Lightly grease with butter
- Pour ¼ cup batter
When bubbles appear (about 1–2 min), flip
Cook the other side until golden
