Crispy, seasoned almond flour breading and a bubbly blend of cheeses turn simple onion rings into a deliciously satisfying, low-carb snack or side dish. Easy to make and perfect for dipping.

 

 

Ingredients

  • 2 large onions, sliced into ½-inch discs and separated into rings

  • 1 cup almond flour

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)

  • 1 tsp salt

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

    2 large eggs, whisked

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
