- Salt to taste

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F). Grease a muffin tin.
- Cook the beef:
- In a pan over medium heat, cook ground beef and onion until browned.
- Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Prepare biscuits:
- Flatten each biscuit into a circle.
- Press into muffin cups, forming a deep well.
- Fill:
- Add 1 spoon of cooked beef into each cup.
- Top generously with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
- Finish:
- Brush tops with melted butter.
- Sprinkle herbs if desired.
