 Ingredients

🥣 Breakfast Bowls

  • 2 cups cottage cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt

 Instructions

Step 1: Preheat the Oven

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Lightly grease four oven-safe ramekins or a small baking dish.

Step 2: Prepare the Mixture

  • In a large bowl, whisk together cottage cheese, eggs, honey, and vanilla extract.
  • Stir in oats, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt.
